Hi there!

I come from a line of very creative grannies,

my mom and my aunts. So blessed in that.

My mom taught herself in the skills of cake decorating

by visiting libraries. In spite of the fact of living in a small remote

town she developed her skills. And in the end she started tutoring other people with

great success.

As for me I turned to the sugar industry during a very difficult time in my life. I decorated cakes,

cupcakes and cookies for nine years before I started concentrating on cookies. I have never looked back! I

have a love affair with royal icing. I am situated in Pretoria , South Africa.

I started tutoring cookie classes five years ago. And have not stopped since. I also provide pre -recorded

video cookie classes.

Also I took part in Sugar art competitions (cookie art) and were awarded gold, silver and bronze for my

entries.

And since 2024 I started to take part in various International Sugar Art Collaborations. And am honoured

to have been published in various International Magazines :
